For starters I was 18 lbs heavier !! Yeah for me ! It’s amazing how so little makes a big difference. I know there is still some more I would like to lose, or at least keep off, but I feel so much better. A few big changes, a new “old” job, a new house, and a new puppy. Nik has been sick the last few days, the worst to date for him…he had/has some sort of bronchial infection. We visited the doctors’ yesterday got some great medicine and i think the worst is over. We really love the NOGGIN channel !! It always seems as if we are just turning it on, when it is going off the air. There is maybe only one other quality, commercial free cable TV channel that is dedicated to preschool kids. I am happy to know that NOGGIN will be full time starting next year! http://www.noggin.com
